Company specializes in manufacturing wooden and wood-aluminium windows and doors. We are expanding our team and looking for reliable, detail-oriented employees ready to work in a modern production environment.

Employment type: Official contract (Umowa zlecenie)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Saturdays by arrangement), 8–10 hour shifts

Salary: 24 zł/h netto + bonuses

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing wooden and wood-aluminium windows and doors according to technical documentation
• Performing all operations strictly according to work instructions and production orders
• Quality control of components and semi-finished products
• Completing production documentation accurately
• Maintaining machines, tools, and workplace cleanliness
• Reporting irregularities, defects, and improvement suggestions
• Participating in required training sessions and project meetings
• Supporting continuous improvement processes (PPI, workshops, etc.)
• Preparing materials for production
• Internal transport of products between operations
• Following all safety rules and company procedures

• the rate is 24 PLN/hour NET
• 5-6 days a week
• 8-10 hours working day
• 200-220 working hours
• work in three shifts: night and day (6:00-14:00; 14:00-22:00; 22:00-06:00). There may be changes by the hour.
