Poultry Farm Jobs in Poland — Vacancies for Foreigners
Poultry plants around Bydgoszcz are where we place the most people. They hire almost constantly, they take people with no experience and no Polish, and they pay on time.
The plants sit 15–30 km outside the city, and transport to work is arranged.
The different sections
A poultry job is not one role. There are several sections, and they are not the same:
- gutting and cutting, including piece-rate work where pay follows output;
- hanging birds on the line;
- packing finished product;
- washing down the hall, usually a night shift;
- forklift operator and driver — a licence is needed here;
- hatchery and chick vaccination.
Piece-rate cutting pays more but the pace is higher. Packing is calmer.
Pay and conditions
PLN 6,000–8,500 a month is the real range across our openings, depending on the section and how many hours you pick up. Shifts are 12 hours, Monday to Saturday.
Housing comes from the employer; only utilities are deducted, around PLN 600. The contract is official, with ZUS and health insurance.
Worth saying plainly: the halls are cold and damp, the smell is strong, and the first few days are hard for almost everyone. Most people adjust within a week. If that does not sound like you, look at the other jobs in Bydgoszcz instead.
What you need to start
No experience and no Polish required — you are shown the job on your first day. You do need a passport and a legal basis to stay.
We arrange the work permit, PESEL and contract. Women are hired on the same terms as men, and we try to place couples at the same plant.
