Current jobs in Poland for foreigners and English speakers: poultry farms, production, packing and warehouses in Bydgoszcz, Tczew and other cities. Many jobs do not require Polish. Employers arrange accommodation, and you work on an official contract with ZUS social insurance.

Already living in Poland? How to get a job through USPI

1. Choose a job from the list below and leave your name and phone number, or write to us on WhatsApp: +48 883 883 668. A recruiter replies in English.
2. Talk to a recruiter. We check your documents and tell you which jobs can start soonest. If your first choice has a waiting list, we suggest a similar job that can start earlier: poultry processing, plastics production, windows and doors, warehouses or food production. You decide.
3. Documents. You need the right to work in Poland. If your work permit is tied to your current employer, the new employer applies for a new work permit at the voivodeship office, and we help prepare the application. We also assist our employees with residence card (TRC) applications; the decision is issued by the voivode.
4. Start work on an official contract with ZUS social insurance. On most of our jobs the employer arranges accommodation.

How soon can I start? Many candidates who already live in Poland start about two weeks after accepting an offer. If a new work permit is needed, the start date depends on the voivodeship office’s decision. More about changing jobs: how to change your employer in Poland legally.
