2. We are not a government body
USPI WORK is not part of the public administration of the Republic of Poland, does not act on behalf of the state and has no authority to issue any official document.
3. Who actually issues the documents
Every document discussed on this website is issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of Poland:
- Residence card, EU long-term resident card, permanent residence card, Blue Card — the Voivodeship Office (Urząd Wojewódzki) of your place of residence;
- PESEL number, address registration (meldunek) — the City or Commune Office (Urząd Miasta / Urząd Gminy);
- Driving licence — the District Office (Starostwo Powiatowe), communications department;
- Vehicle registration and deregistration, licence plates — the District Office (Starostwo Powiatowe);
- Visa — the consular post of the Republic of Poland;
- Criminal record certificate — the National Criminal Register (Krajowy Rejestr Karny);
- Tax clearance certificate — the Tax Office (Urząd Skarbowy);
- Citizenship — the President of the Republic of Poland or the voivode;
- Social benefits — ZUS, MOPS/MOPR or the Voivodeship Office;
- Notarial deeds and powers of attorney — a notary (notariusz);
- Apostille — the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
4. What we do
Our services are advisory and preparatory in nature:
- consultation on the procedure and the list of required documents;
- preparation, completion and review of the applicant's document package;
- sworn translations (tłumaczenie przysięgłe);
- booking appointments at a public office or consulate;
- assistance during filing and representation under a written power of attorney (pełnomocnictwo);
- preparation and filing of a ponaglenie — a formal complaint about administrative delay under art. 37 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
The applicant always remains the party to the administrative proceedings.
5. What we do not do
- we do not issue documents and we do not decide applications;
- we do not influence the authority's decision and we do not accelerate it;
- we do not guarantee a positive outcome or any specific timeframe — processing times are set by the authority;
- we have no privileged access to public authorities or their staff, and we do not offer any.
6. Government fees
All government fees and charges (opłata skarbowa and others) are paid by the applicant directly to the relevant authority. They are not included in our service price and we do not collect them.
7. Applying on your own
Every procedure listed here can be completed by the applicant personally, by contacting the competent authority directly. Our services are voluntary paid assistance with preparation and support, not a precondition for obtaining a document.
8. Contract
Services are provided under a written contract setting out their scope and price. Payment is made to the company's official bank account.
