How to find a job in Poland: 3 legal ways
- A licensed employment agency. Agencies holding a KRAZ certificate match you with an employer, sign a written contract and, by law, may not charge the candidate a fee for the job placement itself. Any agency can be verified in the state KRAZ register (link below).
- Directly with an employer. Works best if you are already in Poland and speak some Polish: factories and logistics centres publish openings on their websites.
- The state job portal. The official job database is oferty.praca.gov.pl; free employment counselling is available at Zielona Linia.
How employment through USPI Work and Documents works

How to verify that an employment agency is legal
Every legal employment agency in Poland must be listed in the state register KRAZ (Krajowy Rejestr Agencji Zatrudnienia). Working conditions in Poland in 2026
- Typical pay for blue-collar vacancies is 5,500–11,000 zł gross per month, depending on the profession and hours.
- An official contract with ZUS contributions (insurance and pension).
- Many employers help with housing: the worker usually pays only utilities (around 600 zł per month).
