The company is engaged in the processing of turkey meat.
Location: Grudziądz. Employment registration: Bydgoszcz.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, Saturday by agreement (one shift starting at 6:00 AM).
- Shift duration: 8–10 hours.
Break:
- According to schedule at 10:00 AM – break duration 15 minutes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Poultry filleting (working with a knife, on-the-job training is provided).
- Packing finished products.
- Labeling/stickering products.
- Working on the line.
- Operating machines.
- Deboning (separating thigh meat from the bone by hand).
- Weighing finished products.
We Offer:
- Accommodation provided 500 meters from the plant in Grudziądz, cost 700–850 PLN, deducted from salary.
- 3–4 people per room.
- Salary: 22.70 PLN net per hour.
- Free work clothing.
- Temperature in the production area: +10–12°C.
- Possibility to receive a monthly advance payment.
- Official employment only (employment contract is signed).
- Full social package, including medical insurance (free access to doctors throughout Poland); pension and social contributions paid to ZUS monthly for every employee.
- Sanitary booklet is mandatory (issued and paid immediately upon arrival in Poland — or upon arrival at our office if you are already in Poland; cost: 200 PLN).
- Medical examination cost: 180 PLN (deducted once from the first salary).
- Upon moving into accommodation, employees must have their own bed linen.
