Poultry farm job near Bydgoszcz for foreigners. An established poultry farm in Koronowo (about 30 km from Bydgoszcz, Kuyavian-Pomeranian region) is hiring production workers. You earn 6,000–7,500 zł net per month, work day shifts only (Sunday off) and live in accommodation arranged by the employer for 750 zł per month. No experience and no Polish are required.

What you will do

There are two groups of tasks on the production line. The team leader assigns your tasks at the start, based on the needs of the shift.

  • Filleting and packaging: filleting chicken, packing and labelling finished products. Precise hand work, mostly standing.
  • Handling and loading: hanging poultry on the line, weighing finished products, loading boxes onto pallets and washing containers. Heavier physical work.

Working conditions

  • The production hall is cool, about 10–12 °C, so wear warm layers under the workwear.
  • Workwear is free and washed by the employer.
  • Salary is paid every month, on time. An advance payment is possible.
  • A sanitary-epidemiological medical certificate is required for work in food production (standard in Poland); your recruiter will explain how to get it.
