UDT Forklift Operator (PVC production)

We invite men to join our plant that manufactures plastic PVC products!

Location: Bydgoszcz (Park Przemysłowy area).

We accept candidates without work experience. The work is easy, stable, and in a great team!

Requirements:

• Age up to 50 years.
• Work experience is not required.
• Willingness to work.
• Basic knowledge of the language at a communicative level.
• A UDT license for a forklift (forklift with straight forks).

Responsibilities:

• Operating production machines — preparing and monitoring the PVC product manufacturing process.
• Quality control of products — checking finished goods for compliance with standards.
• Packing and labeling products for further delivery.
• Keeping the workplace clean — order and organization in the production area.
• Moving goods to the warehouse using a forklift.

We offer:

• Rate 27 zł/hour NET.
• 5-6 days a week.
• 8-hour working day.
• Work in three shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00.
• We pay wages on time, without delays, every month.
• Very comfortable employer-provided accommodation (600 zł/month — deducted from salary); when moving in you need to bring your own bed linen.
• Work clothing at the employer’s expense.
• Possibility to receive an advance.
• Only official employment (we conclude an employment contract, umowa zlecenie).
• We provide a full social package including health insurance (the possibility to see doctors in Poland free of charge); pension and social contributions for each employee are paid to ZUS on a mandatory monthly basis.
• The medical examination costs 180 zł (charged once from the first salary).
