AGRA WOOD is a modern company producing wooden pallets (over 150 types), wooden boxes, building materials (boards), as well as custom packaging.

Working conditions:

• Rate: 24 zł NETTO/hour.
• 300–330 hours per month.
• Work from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 16:00 and on Saturday from 6:00 to 14:00. There is an option to take additional working hours.
• One break — 20 minutes.
• Comfortable accommodation 10 minutes from the company, with shops also nearby. Cost 750 zł per month (payment only for utilities). 3–6 people live in each room.

• High noise level.
• Physical load 20–25 kg.
• No harmful factors, work follows safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Operating woodworking machines.
• Feeding small logs (60–120 cm) into the machine.
• Removing boards after cutting.
• Assembling pallets and boxes (hammer, power tools).

• If you don’t have your own work clothes and shoes, we guarantee to provide every employee with a full set of modern work uniform so you can start working comfortably and safely from day one; its cost (150–160 zł) is deducted from the salary.
• We provide ear protectors and safety glasses for comfortable and safe work.
• Possibility to receive an advance every month.
• Comfortable housing 10 minutes from the company. Payment only for utilities — 25 zł per day.
• Only official employment (we conclude an employment contract).
• We provide a full social package, which includes health insurance (the possibility to see doctors in Poland free of charge); pension and social contributions for each employee are paid to ZUS on a mandatory monthly basis.
• The medical examination costs 180 zł (charged once from the first salary).
• Work uniform is issued new from the store, and its cost of 280 zł is deducted from the last salary ONLY IF the employee has worked with us for less than 3 months; if you left but then returned to work with us — we refund the 280 zł.
