- All terms not defined in this Privacy Policy bear the meaning assigned to them in the "Regulations of the website https://uspi-work.com/".

- both entities hereinafter referred to as: "USPI Work&Documents". The entity with which the Customer concludes a contract by accepting the Regulations and which obtains the status of the Administrator of your personal data is always indicated in the Quotation and order acceptance confirmation.
- The content of the USPI Work&Documents Website is the property of the Data Administrator and is legally protected. In order to use the USPI Work&Documents Website, the User should have a computer or device with installed software that allows browsing websites and accessing the Internet. The USPI Work&Documents Website can be accessed using the most popular web browsers.
- The Administrator declares that the USPI Work&Documents Website content is free from content that violates the rights of third parties or applicable law, in particular from content containing information that causes or constitutes a threat to the privacy or security of any persons, contains information promoting illegal activities or behaviour that are offensive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or slanderous, arousing racism, persecution on ethnic, cultural or religious grounds, promoting or facilitating criminal activities, violating the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights, or constituting any other form of violation of interest protected by law.
- The Data Administrator processes Users' personal data for the purpose and scope necessary for their use by the USPI Work&Documents Website, primarily data of persons visiting the USPI Work&Documents Website who fill out forms posted by the Administrator, including those sent via the https://www.bitrix24.pl/. The personal data processed for this purpose by the Administrator included in the form covers the scope necessary to provide the requested Services. In most cases, the necessary personal data are name, surname, residential address, correspondence address, date of birth, identification number (e.g. PESEL or NIP). - assistance in registering companies and other forms of business activity (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/turnkey-business/): in the scope of data necessary for registration in the National Court Register or the Central Registration and Information on Business and other authorities, such as the Tax Office or the Social Insurance Office, the Central Statistical Office,
- application for a PESEL number (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/pesel-number/): to the extent resulting from the application for a PESEL number,
- application for various types of social benefits (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/social-benefits/): to the extent resulting from the application for the selected benefits,
- application for Polish citizenship (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/bank-accounts/): to the extent resulting from the application for Polish citizenship,
- application for admission of a child to school or kindergarten (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/schools-kindergartens/): to the extent resulting from the application for admission of a child to school or kindergarten,
- application for a work visa (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/work-visa/): to the extent resulting from the visa application.
- In the case of Services for which it is necessary to process personal data of minors, the User is obliged to submit a declaration that, when ordering the Service, he or she is duly authorized to act on behalf of and for the indicated minor as a legal guardian, and that he or she consents to the processing of personal data of this minor for the purpose and to the extent necessary to perform the subject of the Service.
- Depending on the voluntarily granted consent, the Data Administrator may process Users' data in order to send them commercial information electronically within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended) and the Act of July 16, 2004, Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws 2004, No. 171, item 1800, as amended).
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- We process your data primarily for the purpose of providing auxiliary services related to work, stay and business activity conducted in Poland, which may consist in particular in verifying the information and documents provided and preparing draft letters and documents, in particular in the areas of: submitting an application for a residence card in the Republic of Poland of the desired type (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/resident-card/), customs clearance when importing vehicles (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/auto-service-docs/), replacement of a driving license document (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/replacement-of-drivers-license/), assistance in registering companies and other forms of business activity (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/turnkey-business/), application for a PESEL number (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/pesel-number/), application for various types of social benefits (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/social-benefits/), application for Polish citizenship (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/bank-accounts/), application for admission of a child to school or kindergarten (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/schools-kindergartens/), application for a work visa (https://uspi-work.com/en/services/work-visa/).
- Therefore, the legal basis and purpose of processing the personal data provided by you is usually the performance of the contract concluded with you. On this basis, we may process the information provided in order to perform the contract you have entrusted to us, contact you in relation to its implementation, as well as to solve technical problems and respond to your possible notifications and complaints.
- Additionally, we may process your personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of USPI Work&Documents related to the provision of services, including:
- conducting research and analysis of customer expectations and needs as well as improving and introducing new services, and also for statistical purposes,
- providing you with commercial information and marketing content regarding products or services offered by us or our partners - to the extent permitted by law, including with your consent, using various available means of communication,
- tailoring advertising and marketing communication channels to your interests - depending on the data provided and the content you browse, and, like many other providers, depending on your consent or web browser settings, we may use cookies and other similar technologies for this purpose to know where you heard about our services or what pages you visit before or after visiting the USPI Work&Documents Website, so that we can better understand your needs and improve our services,
- organizing or co-organizing promotional campaigns or loyalty programs with our partners,
- handling payment services and other auxiliary services of third parties that we use to provide Services to you,
- communication with you for purposes other than those directly related to the conclusion of the contract,

Personal data will be processed for this purpose for the duration of the limitation period for claims resulting from the currently applicable general law - or, in the event of a dispute - until the final conclusion of the proceedings.
- Providing personal data by you is always voluntary, but some of the information is necessary for us to conclude and perform the contract for the provision of Services to you or for you to take advantage of other offers by us or our partners. We always mark the fields and information that are necessary for us to conclude and perform the Contract or that we need to have at our disposal to perform legal obligations.

We may also transfer your data to partners who provide us with ancillary services, such as customer service, payment processing, professional advisors or companies providing hosting and analytical services. We do not provide our partners with data enabling them to identify you, unless it is necessary to conclude or perform the contract concluded with you (e.g. tax authorities, payment processing companies, translators) or if you have previously agreed to it. We will also be able to share your data with public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes that, in our reasonable belief, will result from legal regulations.
- Your data will generally not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. If necessary, e.g. in connection with the transfer of personal data to our service providers, these will be suppliers from countries that ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with the decision of the European Commission or entities based in the United States participating in the Data Privacy Framework program. Otherwise, these may be entities obliged to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection based on the specific content of the personal data processing agreement - the so-called standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission. - Moreover, due to the fact that the Services are also provided to persons residing outside the European Economic Area, we may use postal and courier service providers operating under applicable law and applying the highest industry standards to provide you with documents constituting the subject of the ordered Services.
- By making the Services available to you on the Website, we will not process your data automatically, including through profiling, therefore it will never produce any legal effects for you or significantly affect your situation in a similar way.
- All persons whose personal data are protected under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) have a number of rights arising from the processing of their personal data, including:
- the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of this data,
- the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data - if you notice that the data is incorrect or incomplete,
- the right to request the deletion of personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten") - provided, however, that the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, or you object to the processing of data or withdraw your consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing, or the data is processed unlawfully, or must be deleted in order to fulfil the obligation arising from legal regulations,

- All requests regarding the exercise of the above rights may be submitted in writing or via e-mail to the USPI Work&Documents address indicated above. We will make every effort to respond to your requests promptly, and no later than within one month after receiving them, unless they are numerous or complex. - Only authorized employees or associates of the Administrator and authorized persons handling the USPI Work&Documents Website, who have been granted appropriate powers of attorney, have direct access to personal data collected by the Administrator.
- Users' personal data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, in particular to the competent judicial authorities.

- The Data Administrator declares that Users' personal data are processed on the basis of GDPR standards and that it applies technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of processed data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular protects Users' personal data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, loss or damage.
